• Serial lookup

  Type or scan a seal serial and see the shipment it was fitted to, the date it was packed, and who packed it.

• Return verdict

  At return intake the scan returns one of three answers: same seal, different seal, or never issued.

• Batch handover

  Every box of seals we ship arrives with its serial range already loaded, so there is nothing to key in.

• Dispute pack

  Export the scan history for a single order as a PDF when a marketplace asks you to prove the seal was intact.

Nothing here replaces the seals themselves. It is a way to look up the numbers we already print on them.
